TAGG Organics Return and Exchange Policy

At TAGG Organics, we want you to be completely happy with every product you purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns on new, unopened items within 30 days of your order's shipment. Refunds will be issued as store credit. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

Returning unused, unopened items is easy, but it’s important to follow the steps below to ensure your refund is processed promptly and correctly.

Initiating a Return

To start your return, please email us through our contact page, including your order number in the message. This helps us process your return faster! Keep in mind that we can only approve returns for orders within 30 days and items that remain in new, unopened condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Your Items

For returns over $100, we recommend adding tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot issue a refund if the shipping service loses your package during transit.

Getting Your Refund

After we inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or explain why it may have been rejected. Once approved, we will issue store credit to your TAGG Organics account.

Damaged and Defective Items

We strive to maintain the highest quality standards and carefully check every product before shipping. However, if you've received a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize and will work hard to make it right.

Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged or defective product. Once your return is authorized, we’ll arrange return shipping for the damaged item and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

TAGG ORGANICS was born out of love and loss. Our fire ignited after our beloved Mimi—my mom—passed away from cancer, we wanted to create something meaningful in her honor. While I wish I could say our tallow cream cured her cancer, it did not. However, I can proudly share that it helped her find relief during her radiation treatments and brought her moments of comfort and joy during her final days, which were filled with immense pain and sadness.

Each time I brought her a new jar of tallow, the happiness it gave her became a memory I will cherish forever. That’s why we decided to dedicate this passion project to Mimi—hoping that it could bring the same relief and joy to others, while encouraging a small step toward a healthier, all-natural lifestyle for everyone.
